Returns

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding original shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged.

If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

Contact your credit card company - it may take time for the refund to be posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Over 1 million packages go missing in the U.S. daily. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment, we want to help. If your order is missing:

We may offer a discounted replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and using trackable shipping at checkout.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us - we'll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

We're an American company, and we ship from the USA. We can ship to the US mainland only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders over US$30.
